As our Evening Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on – coaching teams, improving processes, solving problems, and making sure quality stays top-notch.
You’re not just a supervisor – you’re a problem-solver, motivator, and servant leader. You keep cool under pressure, know how to rally a team, and understand that quality and safety go hand in hand with performance.
Job Duties Include:
Plan, prioritize, and monitor production schedules and workflow.
Lead and organize your team, balancing efficiency with employee development.
Troubleshoot issues with tools, materials, or manpower.
Track KPIs like on-time completion, drops per labor hour, and productivity.
Generate daily reports and provide insight to leadership.
Identify and correct variances in quality, cost, or inventory.
Communicate staffing needs and assignments effectively.
Handle employee concerns with professionalism and fairness.
Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are always met.
Participate in interviews, hiring, training, and performance management.
Back up the Building Manager as needed.

Qualifications
3+ years in manufacturing
2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred
Comfortable with Microsoft Office & basic reporting
Working knowledge of production operations and process improvement

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to climactic variations, fumes or airborne particles, various levels of vibration, and moving mechanical parts. Various different types of Personal Protective Equipment might be required based on the employee’s work location. The noise level in the work environment may require hearing protection.
